Brian J. Mason
Mason is a ruthless Genom executive and is Sylia's archenemy. It's never explicitly stated, but it is implied that Mason knows about Sylia's past and was responsible for her father's death. Specifically, the mysterious scene in "Blow Up" where Mason contacts Sylia subconsciously while they are using a data bank reveals that Mason knows her identity. But how he does is a question that is never answered. Their battle of the minds leads to an actual confrontation atop the Genom tower at the end of the episode, but it does not end there...
Largo
Largo is introduced as a mysterious character working for Flint, chief of the Genom Production Control Center, to control the crisis when Genom's secret D.D. Battlemover is stolen. However, things change when Largo executes his own plan to lead a new prevailing race -- of Boomers. The sinister Largo, who is believed to be Brian J. Mason reborn, reveals himself as a SuperBoomer, capable of remotely controlling USSD particle beam satellites to strike virtually any point on Earth.
Quincy
Quincy is the chairman and head of Genom, the most powerful company in the world. While Genom produces Boomers that are intended to help humanity, the company is also responsible for many shady dealings and illegal operations including the development of deadly combat Boomers that can synchronize with weapon systems. Power hungry Quincy looks to expand Genom's reach until he has complete dominance over all aspects of society. Quincy leads a highly secretive life, and his true fate and whereabouts are never revealed.
Sylvie
Sylvie is a female Boomer model 33-S which is also known as the Sexaroid, a model designed for pleasure. Sylvie, along with Anri, another 33-S, escape on a shuttle to Earth, where they crash land in MegaTokyo. There, Sylvie becomes friends with Priss, who doesn't know she is a Boomer. Sylvie just wants to live a free life with Anri, but since they have been designed to run on a blood supply, Sylvie must first obtain important data on their design from Genom in order to prolong their lives.
Anri
Anri is a female 33-S Boomer who escaped to Earth with Sylvie. During the escape, she gets injured and loses a lot of blood, which prompts Sylvie to use the D.D. battlemover to obtain more blood for her. Anri just wants to live in peace, but when things don't work out as planned, Anri joins Largo's cause for a new world order led by Boomers. In "Red Eyes," Anri becomes Largo's secret assistant and attempts to help carry out his plans.
Vision/Reika Chang
Vision is a rock singer who returns to the spotlight after a year-long absence in "Double Vision." Her real name is Reika Chang, and she is the older sister of Irene Chang, Linna's friend. Reika will soon become the head of her powerful family organization, the Hou Bang. Not willing to let Genom get away with their crimes, Reika, along with the other members of her clan, engage Genom in their attempt to eliminate Quincy.
